Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, TX. As an Events Assistant, you will support the Events Coordinator in planning and executing high-quality events, ensuring seamless operations and a memorable experience for attendees.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist in coordinating event logistics, including venue setup, vendor communication, and schedule management.
- Support the planning and execution of event timelines and deliverables.
- Manage inventory of event supplies and materials.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact during events to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all events.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in event planning or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
