We are seeking a dedicated and organized Property Manager to oversee the operational and financial management of our diverse property portfolio. You will play a pivotal role as the senior property manager, collaborating closely with the business owner to ensure optimal property performance and excellent resident relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of property administration, leasing, and maintenance
- Manage and maintain property inventory efficiently
- Address and resolve daily property-related issues in a timely manner
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with property owners
- Provide guidance and support to property management staff
- Exceptional attention to detail in property management tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills for daily resident interactions
- Proficiency with property management software, particularly AppFolio
- Ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with property owners
- 1 to 3 years of experience within the property management sector
- A minimum of 1 year in a property management role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with AppFolio software is advantageous
- Possession of a California real estate license or willingness to obtain one within a 6-month period
