Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Property Manager to oversee the operational and financial management of our diverse property portfolio. You will play a pivotal role as the senior property manager, collaborating closely with the business owner to ensure optimal property performance and excellent resident relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of property administration, leasing, and maintenance
  • Manage and maintain property inventory efficiently
  • Address and resolve daily property-related issues in a timely manner
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with property owners
  • Provide guidance and support to property management staff

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail in property management tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Effective problem-solving skills for daily resident interactions
  • Proficiency with property management software, particularly AppFolio
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with property owners

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience within the property management sector
  • A minimum of 1 year in a property management role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with AppFolio software is advantageous
  • Possession of a California real estate license or willingness to obtain one within a 6-month period
