Automotive Sales Professionals

Job Summary:

Hutchinson Kia of Albany is seeking highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Professionals to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the fast-paced and exciting automotive industry. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

4 DAY WORK WEEK!!!!!

This position offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary and a generous commission structure, with an earning potential of $30,000 to $120,000 per year. Additionally, our Sales Professionals enjoy weekly pay and access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car buying process
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
• Conduct test drives and accompany customers on vehicle tours
• Negotiate and close sales transactions in a professional and courteous manner
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
• Attend training and development sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the sales team to achieve dealership goals
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in automotive sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and salesmanship abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
