Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the optimization of tool storage and retrieval systems through comprehensive data analysis.
- Lead and mentor the tool crib team to ensure the efficient execution of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
- Implement and manage projects aimed at enhancing tool crib operations.
- Foster effective communication across various levels of the organization, engaging with team members, management, and suppliers alike.
- Utilize advanced data analysis tools, such as SQL and Microsoft Power Query, to derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis, particularly using SQL and Microsoft Power Query.
- Exceptional leadership abilities to guide and support team initiatives.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with staff and external partners.
- Expertise in Excel, including experience with Pivot tables and managing large datasets.
- Capability to present findings and insights in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Prior experience in project management or related operational roles is essential.
- Certification for operating a forklift is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven presentation skills to effectively share insights and recommendations.
