Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team dedicated to enhancing customer engagement and driving growth within the iteach and Passage Preparation divisions. This role is pivotal in addressing the national teacher shortage through the implementation of effective marketing strategies. As a vital member of our marketing team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across both divisions while reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of diverse marketing campaigns and public relations initiatives, ensuring all tasks are completed in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Assist in basic website modifications, SEO enhancements, and the creation of landing pages, working with the web development team to optimize lead generation and user experience.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely project completion while assisting in the development and distribution of marketing materials.
• Organize, manage, and distribute materials for various events and conferences, adhering to set budgets.
• Provide support to the team with additional tasks as needed to meet evolving organizational goals.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and SEO platforms.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Marketing Associate or similar role.

Compensation And Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from \(47,000 to \)55,000, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes flexible time off, paid parental leave, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.
