Job Title: Partnerships/Licensing Manager Department: Marketing / Partnerships Hybrid: 1 time in office, every Tuesday Hours: 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday Location: Bayonne, NJ
Position Overview: Partnerships/Licensing Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility by identifying, negotiating, and managing licensing agreements and collaborations with other brands, influencers, and celebrity partners. This individual will work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategies for high-profile partnerships that elevate our brand's identity and appeal. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential licensing and collaboration opportunities in line with brand goals and market trends.
- Lead negotiation efforts with prospective partners, developing mutually beneficial terms and contracts.
- Oversee the lifecycle of partnership agreements, ensuring compliance, timely execution, and seamless project management from inception to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development, legal) to bring partnership initiatives to life, ensuring all deliverables align with brand standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and actively explore new opportunities to expand the brand's reach and impact.
- Track and analyze the performance of collaborations to measure success and optimize future partnership strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent, using this knowledge to inform and guide partnership strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in licensing, partnerships, or brand collaborations, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successful partnership deals.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of brand development, consumer trends, and the competitive beauty landscape.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
