Key Responsibilities

• Create dynamic educational resources, including lesson plans, course materials, projects, assessments, and solution guides for diverse learning environments.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to review, refine, and enhance educational content through constructive feedback.
• Continuously assess and improve existing materials based on feedback from students and educators, ensuring the highest quality of educational resources.
• Directly instruct and engage with students in both virtual and physical classroom settings.
• Partner closely with the Computer Science Director to strategize and develop innovative educational content.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in computer science and education to ensure our curriculum remains cutting-edge.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience teaching computer science, preferably at the high school or advanced middle school level.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing curricula, including advanced courses that extend beyond foundational data structures.
• Strong foundational knowledge of computer science principles, including algorithms, data structures, and various programming paradigms.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
• Exceptional written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with data science, artificial intelligence, or machine learning is an advantage.
• Participation in computer science competitions is a valuable asset.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive salary range of \(85,000 to \)102,500, with an additional 4% year-end bonus.
• Senior-level candidates may be eligible for a salary range of \(102,500 to \)130,000.
