Reporting to the Director of Advertising, you will help implement our foundational strategy that harmonizes brand enhancement with performance-driven media approaches.
This position offers the flexibility to work fully remotely (U.S. only) or from our office in the Greater Sacramento Area, based on your preference.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, launch, and ongoing optimization of digital advertising campaigns specifically within paid social channels.
- Closely monitor campaign performance, identify areas for growth, and implement changes to facilitate continuous advancement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, leading video meetings and ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Employ your analytical skills to evaluate campaign data, produce insightful reports, and visualize information for actionable insights.
- Mentor and oversee Digital Advertising Specialists, assigning tasks and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team atmosphere.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in paid social, paid search, and various digital channels.
- 4+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns with a strong emphasis on ROI (e.g., lead generation, e-commerce sales).
- Proven expertise in executing and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit.
- Comprehensive experience managing all dimensions of digital ad campaigns, including strategy, design, trafficking, audience development, optimization, ad creation (text, static, and video), A/B testing, bid management, and reporting.
- Knowledge of e-commerce campaigns, including catalog management, product feed optimization, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking via social media is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and visualize data using tools like Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Zapier) and experience with pixel and tag management tools such as Google Tag Manager.
- Strong project management and communication skills, coupled with a professional and accountable demeanor.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
