Must Have

• Strong technical skills in Graphic & Web Design
• A self-motivated team player eager to contribute to the business’s growth
• Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, HTML5, Fireworks, Acrobat, and CSS3
• 5+ years of experience (will consider less experience if they have great soft skills and the required technical skills)
• Ideal candidate will be comfortable using templates as a starting point but capable of creating original, innovative work
  
  

Nice To Have

• Ideally, 5+ years of experience, but open to candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and skilled portfolio, even with less experience.
• Ideally, someone who has worked in an office environment in the past, as this role is 100% on-site.
  
  

Responsibilities & Requirements

• You will be working under the supervision of the Digital Marketing Coordinator & Supervisor
• In collaboration with your supervisor, defining project plans, project tasks, dependencies, resources, and timelines
• Outlining projects within Project Management System
• Serving as a point of contact for clients, gather required assets from clients for jobs
• Making sure projects stay within timetables and budget
• While completing all the above duties you must maintain excellent communication with the clients while managing their expectations
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Graphic & Web Design
• 2+ years successful track record as an SEO Specialist or similar experience with SEM/SEO, social media and direct response display advertising (online analytics preferred)
• Mastery in Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop, HTML 5, Fireworks, Acrobat, and CSS3
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of WordPress sites, some JavaScript, Google PPC Campaigns, Organic SEO, Responsive Websites, Blogging, Social Media.
• Strong conceptual design and typography skills
• Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail
  
  

Education

• Bachelor Degree in Graphic & Web Design or related field of study
• Google AdWords certified is a plus!
• Facebook Advertising Experience is a plus!
