We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Team and spearhead our mission to share our enthusiasm for experiential wellness and recovery practices with others, create a work environment where our team can thrive, and leverage sound principles and practices to build a sustainable business. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the studio's operations, including staff management, client relations, service excellence, and sales and marketing activities. This role requires a leader with a passion for wellness and a commitment to creating outstanding experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise studio staff
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring staff motivation and performance
- Set and monitor key metrics including monthly sales, revenue, and retention of clients.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development
- Oversee daily operations of the studio, ensuring the facility is pristine and service delivery is smooth and efficient
- Implement and enforce studio policies, procedures, and standards to maintain high-quality service
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and procurement of studio products and equipment
- Ensure exceptional customer service and effectively handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Create and manage promotional campaigns and loyalty programs to attract and retain clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and marketing strategies
- Build and maintain synergistic relationships with local businesses, wellness professionals, and community organizations
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Wellness or equivalent work experience in similar fields
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the wellness, hospitality, or service industry
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for wellness and commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences
