Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content to enhance event visibility
- Campaign Monitoring: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and the outcomes of events to drive continuous improvement
- Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure successful campaign execution
- Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure the seamless execution of events
- Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to keep our strategies relevant and effective
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing, event planning, or a related role
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to convey ideas clearly
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and social media platforms
