As Maître d’ of our VIP lounge, you'll be the face of Èlephante, setting the tone for the experience of our most valued guests.
What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome VIP guests, ensuring they feel like royalty from the moment they arrive.
- Manage reservations and guest seating in the VIP lounge, ensuring a seamless flow and personalized experience.
- Coordinate with the lounge and bottle service team to deliver tailored experiences for high-end clientele.
- Maintain an atmosphere of elegance, sophistication, and exclusive service.
- Supervise front-of-house operations in the VIP lounge, ensuring that every guest receives top-tier service.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to resolve any guest concerns or special requests with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Uphold Èlephante’s luxury standards, ensuring every detail of the VIP experience is flawless.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maître d’, Host, or in a similar VIP-focused role in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or lounge.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
- A refined presence and the ability to interact confidently with VIP clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- A passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to creating extraordinary guest experiences.
- Competitive salary range of $70k-$100k, based on experience.
