Overview: IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company with an immediate need for a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant (EA) to support executives within a federal law enforcement client's Criminal Investigative Division (CID). The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operation and communication for high-level executives.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Manage multiple executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Track and monitor data calls, deadlines, emails, and tasks to ensure timely completion and follow-up.
  • Screen, direct, and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of CID executives.
  • Organize, prepare, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including compiling agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Serve as a point of contact between CID executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for special projects and events.
  • Exceptional communication skills with emphasis on effectively communicating detailed analysis and recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management capabilities.


Preferred Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, or 1 year of experience with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience supporting executives within federal law enforcement or intelligence agencies preferred
