This fully remote position provides you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while contributing to impactful projects that prioritize effective communication and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the compliance procedures for member-oriented materials, ensuring adherence to state regulations and OML standards across print, digital, and web communications.
- Facilitate the governance program by categorizing incoming communications and assisting in the development of a centralized content hub.
- Collaborate with translation vendors to manage all translation-related requirements effectively.
- Partner with brand, marketing, and other departments to maintain consistency in messaging and tone across all communications.
- Identify and rectify process gaps within Medicare communications to mitigate member confusion or issues.
- Proven experience in project or program management with a strong focus on organization and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Medicare or health insurance is highly regarded.
- Proficient in Excel and capable of performing data analysis as needed.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong collaboration capabilities.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
