Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the compliance procedures for member-oriented materials, ensuring adherence to state regulations and OML standards across print, digital, and web communications.
• Facilitate the governance program by categorizing incoming communications and assisting in the development of a centralized content hub.
• Collaborate with translation vendors to manage all translation-related requirements effectively.
• Partner with brand, marketing, and other departments to maintain consistency in messaging and tone across all communications.
• Identify and rectify process gaps within Medicare communications to mitigate member confusion or issues.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience in project or program management with a strong focus on organization and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Medicare or health insurance is highly regarded.
• Proficient in Excel and capable of performing data analysis as needed.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong collaboration capabilities.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
