Gemini’s Management Trainee program has been developed to provide entry-level professionals the opportunity to learn about Gemini’s products and customers.

Our focus is to provide opportunities to learn and grow with the company. We do this by providing experience taking a lead role on key projects that are tied directly to the strategic priorities of the business. This position will focus on Marketing & Product related projects, working in partnership with the marketing team, product management and other teams across the company.

Essential Functions

Growth Initiative Execution (60%)

  • Ownership of key projects that drive results for the business, which could include product positioning, messaging, samples, and pricing
  • Owns the execution of plans that support new product development, go-to-market efforts, sales enablement, and tradeshows initiatives
  • Embedded in a functional area and leveraged as a flex player to gain a wide range of knowledge about the organizational products and initiatives
  • Provide strong voice of customer to all aspects of marketing and product growth initiatives
  • Utilizes project management skills and the ability to move projects forward towards the goal
  • Ensure product positioning, brand alignment, and accuracy of marketing and product content
  • Create and modify standard operating procedures, documents, and product guides

Cross-Functional Communication & Process Improvement (35%)

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to proactively identify opportunities for product and process improvements to ensure product success
  • Support a high standard of customer service through sales enablement including technical training, sales tools, and other resources
  • Provide continuous updates and communications to key stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and leadership

Marketing & Product Strategy (5%)

  • Provides voice of the customer and market insights to help inform strategic plans
  • Active participant in annual planning, strategy, and budgeting
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-2 years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated leadership interest and experience
  • Ability to travel occasionally, up to 10%
