The Brand Coordinator will be responsible for a wide array of business functions involving brand management, market research, core marketing, ongoing advertising materials (print and digital), and online and offline promotions of the brand and its offerings of products and services. The Brand Coordinator reports to and supports the Client Experience Advocate.

Role Responsibilities

  • Strategize and develop clear creative campaign concepts to support marketing objectives
  • Create all marketing assets (flyers, campaigns, video campaigns, training videos, internal newsletter, etc.)
  • Work closely with Client Experience Advocate to ensure accountability and that all content needs are mapped, tracked and delivered upon to meet critical deadlines
  • Manage social media (2 posts each week)
  • Maintain and organize all marketing assets
  • Create, track and manage sales team requests for marketing collateral
  • Assist in ensuring brand consistency across internal and external creative and marketing materials
  • Assist Client Experience Advocate with quarterly customer events
  • Create customer testimonials and case studies for key customers
  • Create accurate Annual Value Reporting presentations for customers
  • Coordinate with each branch to schedule site visits for marketing photos
  • Maintain and update company website
  • Maintain internal company portal and make requested changes on an as needed basis
  • Onboard new employees with the following materials: (AVR example, CRM training book, company introduction, social media announcement, email signature, and necessary marketing materials)
  • Provide new employees with internal portal access and training

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2-3 years in creative marketing experience
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
