Key Responsibilities

• Extract and code patient data from medical records to satisfy the criteria of various target registries.

• A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in clinical data abstraction.
• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Capability to maintain an Inter-Rater Reliability (IRR) score of 98% or above.
• Previous remote work experience is advantageous.
• Availability to commit to at least 60 abstraction hours monthly.
