Job Overview

As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will work in close collaboration with both our Marketing and Operations teams, driving initiatives aimed at customer growth and satisfaction, ultimately fostering both new and existing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propel customer growth by partnering with the Operations team to meet revenue objectives.
  • Showcase customer success through the development of compelling case studies and success narratives in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Foster customer advocacy by organizing reviews on pertinent platforms and coordinating engagement activities such as meetups and special events.
  • Formulate and execute customer engagement strategies alongside the marketing team by creating a comprehensive engagement playbook.
  • Contribute to customer retention efforts by developing assets designed to drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expand our current portfolio.
  • Acquire a profound understanding of client positioning and value propositions to inform marketing strategies effectively.
  • Strive to achieve personal performance goals while ensuring productivity aligns with the overall success of the team.
  • Establish programs aimed at re-engaging former clients who have explored other opportunities.
  • Enhance referral initiatives by supporting and expanding existing referral channels within customer networks.
  • Oversee communication strategies to keep clients informed, engaged, and connected.
  • Implement marketing efforts directed at current customers to introduce new offerings and promote expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to maintain CRM integrity to facilitate customer growth.

Required Skills

  • A solid foundation in B2B marketing, with experience in paid advertising strategies and conversion rate optimization.
  • Proficient in utilizing Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong collaborative skills, enabling cross-functional teamwork and effective execution.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A proven track record of meeting customer growth metrics through data-driven approaches.
  • A creative and strategic mindset that fosters innovative solutions and impactful results.
  • An enthusiasm for staying informed about industry trends and developments.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS settings, with at least 2 years dedicated to customer marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
