As a key contributor, you will produce high-quality, strategic blog posts that inform non-profits about industry dynamics, online donation practices, and the unique advantages of our platform, thereby reinforcing our position as a thought leader in the sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine original, insightful blog posts that align with the objectives of non-profits and their fundraising aspirations.
  • Conduct extensive research to generate meaningful benchmarks and data pertinent to non-profit fundraising.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that all content is synchronized with broader marketing initiatives and product launches.
  • Employ SEO techniques to enhance blog visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Uphold a consistent publishing schedule while adhering to deadlines.
  • Identify and explore relevant content themes that address the challenges faced by non-profits.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to ensure innovative and relevant content.
  • Analyze blog performance metrics, recognizing successes and areas for enhancement.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in content writing, preferably within the non-profit or B2B SaaS sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of the non-profit landscape, including online fundraising challenges and donation trends.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities with a talent for creating engaging and actionable content.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and analytical tools, such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to convert complex information into accessible, impactful content.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, email campaigns, or social media strategies tailored for non-profits.
  • Creativity and proactivity in identifying new content opportunities that address non-profit needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in content creation with a focus on non-profit topics is essential.

Compensation And Benefits

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000
  • Base Salary: $80,000
  • Stock Options
