We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to lead and enhance our marketing operations. In this role, you will leverage your retail marketing expertise to lead development of point-of-sale and promotional materials, ensuring our vendors are consistently delivery best-in-class assets, service, and pricing. You'll also be responsible for inventory and warehousing of marketing assets, allowing you to flex your operational muscles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Fulfillment, to ensure that our marketing assets are effectively aligned with business needs. This role will require strong analytical skills and a drive to implement process improvements that support scalable growth and cost-effectiveness.

COMPENSATION: Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $80,000 - $90,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and implement advanced marketing assets inventory management policies to ensure accurate tracking, optimized stock levels, and alignment with business demand across multiple distribution channels.
- Manage relationships with 3PL and fulfillment partners, implementing best practices and efficiencies to support timely, cost-effective delivery of assets and promotional materials.
- Analyze order flow and procurement cycles to provide insights for accurate demand forecasting, reducing stockouts and supporting proactive planning.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and fulfillment teams to align inventory with seasonal and promotional needs.
- Manage relationships with key external partners and vendors, focusing on procuring high-quality retail displays that support shopper marketing strategy.
- Drive innovation in procurement processes to streamline sourcing and improve cost-efficiencies.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, receiving, and outbound shipment documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Strong understanding of processes such as forecasting, inventory management, distribution and logistics.
- Experience in Shopper Marketing strategy, with knowledge of effective display strategies for shopper zones.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience working cross-functionally and driving initiatives in a retail environment.
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations and project management
- CPG grocery experience
- Skilled in inventory management software and automation tools; systems experience with RAMP and Shopify a plus
- Bachelors degree in related field strongly preferred
- Travel to third party manufacturers and warehouses (15%)
- Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement.
- Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.
