Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Discovery Project Manager to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in e-discovery processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with legal professionals. This role requires expertise in e-discovery tools, a deep understanding of data management principles, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the e-discovery lifecycle, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI).

  • Utilize e-discovery software and tools to support litigation and investigations.

  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices related to data management and e-discovery.

  • Collaborate with legal teams, IT departments, and external vendors to execute e-discovery tasks efficiently.

  • Provide technical expertise and training to team members on e-discovery processes and tools.

  • Analyze and interpret data to assist legal teams in building cases.

  • Develop and maintain documentation and reports related to e-discovery projects.

  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in e-discovery technology and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Law, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience in e-discovery, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department.

  • Proficiency with e-discovery software and tools, such as Relativity, Nuix, or similar platforms.

  • Strong understanding of data management principles and legal regulations related to e-discovery.

  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
