Position Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders throughout the organization.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new analytical tools/techniques, creating various dashboards/scorecards and reports to highlight trends and drive informed decision making.
  • Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize complex financial information for financial plans, strategic initiatives, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, ad-hoc analysis on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.
  • Use a disciplined data-driven approach and a strong understanding of profitability to conduct meaningful quantitative analysis of acquisitions, divisions, and product performance.
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools and other financial systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1-3 years experience in financial analysis
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
