This is a Remote position.
Your Role
As a Field Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing field projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes managing resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, third-party contractors, or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The field project manager defines the project's objectives and oversees quality control throughout its life cycle.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project and deployment schedules for the field operations team to ensure efficient execution of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish field visit objectives and align them with company goals.
- Coordinate and manage field-based projects from inception to completion by monitoring progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to ensure the project remains on track.
- With the Product Operations Manager, manage team schedules, tasks, and assignments, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Build rapport and foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure retention and ease crisis management.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on field operations status.
- Identify and assess potential risks in field operations and implement mitigations.
- With the Product Operations Manager, analyze feedback from field teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance field operations.
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with or able to quickly learn the software and applications used in the organization and the industry.
- Background should include the ability to successfully handle multiple challenges, prioritize responsibilities, and effectively lead a team.
This role may require some travel
Pay Range: $90,000 - $125,000
- Base salary only. Salary is dependent on multiple factors including, but not limited to, experience and location.
**Additional compensation may include equity, bonuses, stipends, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and long-term disability insurance.
