Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Data Analyst with a strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset to join our team. This individual will play a key role in data-driven decision-making by developing insightful reports, dashboards, and domain-specific analyses. As part of our effort to build an enterprise data platform, the Data Analyst will leverage the Microsoft Fabric environment to create centralized reporting and deliver impactful insights from our consolidated data lakehouse. Reporting and dashboarding will be key to the future growth of our company. We are looking for someone who finds meaning and passion in working with others to accomplish company and team objectives.

Requirements
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and leadership, to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Utilize R and/or Python for advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation where applicable.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of the enterprise data platform, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility within the Microsoft Fabric environment.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with teams to identify reporting needs, align on key metrics, and support data-driven strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert in data visualization and analysis, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members when necessary.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization roles.
- Expertise with Power BI or related visualization tool is required.
- Proficient in SQL, with experience in handling large datasets, query optimization, and relational database management.
- Knowledge of R and/or Python for statistical analysis and data manipulation is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Fabric environment, data lakehouses, and enterprise data platforms is a strong advantage.
