Because of this, we are dedicated to, and encouraged by, leading the way in developing a distinct and inclusive team Summary The Guest Experience Representative position is part of the fast-paced and exciting game day operations team within the Guest Experience Department of the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Guest Experience Representative will report to the Director of Guest Experience Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to each fan entering and leaving EverBank Stadium through utilization of the WAVE service philosophy
• Provide accurate directions to seating sections and key attractions within EverBank Stadium and the surrounding areas
• Manage various Guest Services booth locations throughout the concourse and club areas
• Assist fans with any questions or issues that arise while at the stadium, including seat relocations and ticketing issues
• Understand and enforce all EverBank Stadium policies and procedures
• Using radio and verbal communication to inform the Command Center or supervisory staff of any issues that arise
• Monitor concourse, clubs and seating areas during the game
• Collaborate with other departments including law enforcement, security, ushers, food service, ticket office, retail, parking, housekeeping and maintenance
• Perform individual duties as assigned

Job Requirements Required

• Available for all mandatory job trainings
• Available for all the Jaguars home games played at EverBank Stadium, including preseason, postseason games and additional events held at EverBank Stadium
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays if necessary
• Must be 18 years or older

Preferred

• Previous customer service experience
