Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound telecommunication inquiries from customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and service processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or telecommunication roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and telecommunication software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
PAY RATE: $21.22 - $30.41 Hourly
Experience and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or telecommunication roles.
