As the Supply Planning Specialist, you are the brains behind managing our shipments to our international divisions. This means you are the key point of contact for our factories, warehouses, and our international affiliates to monitor on-time shipments, our case fill rate, and our inventory stock levels. You will gain a keen sense of how our logistics function in our business operates in a leading pet food manufacturer.
- Create the replenishment orders by focusing on the strategic stock policies and the customer service goals in the receiving country.
- Closely monitor on time reports, focusing on scheduling and production constraints. Act as primary contact for receivers and factories for order cycle issues.
- Create International shipping documentation ensuring paperwork is in place to ship
- Manage item launches, transitions and discontinuations for respective markets
- Set Master Data settings in SAP system to ensure proper data flow
- Manage the entire order process by analyzing the SAP planning book to deliver strong customer service and improve working capital.
- Analyze KPIs to see if we are meeting on-time shipments, Customer Order Fulfilment, and inventory targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years’ experience in production planning, demand planning, or supply chain experience within a manufacturing, production, distributions, military or related environment

- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% off the time
The approximate pay range for this position is $59,000.00 to $93,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
