ExemptSummary
This position is responsible for providing operational and system support to dealers and field staff to process pre-paid maintenance claims, measure and monitor pre-paid maintenance operations and claim metrics, as well as, assist in system programming and produce reports and publications.
Major Responsibilities
1st Priority - 50%
Assist in solving dealer and field staff issues related to pre-paid maintenance claims processing procedures, and Kia service policy issues. Review of pre-paid maintenance claims ensuring claims are in compliance with Kia pre-paid maintenance policy.
2nd Priority - 25%
Systems implementation, maintenance, and reporting for both AS400 and WebDCS. System enhancements for new maintenance requirements.
3rd Priority - 15%
Review and report pre-paid maintenance program and operational metrics utilizing analytical methodologies.
4th Priority - 5%
Develop, produce and distribute Warranty Publications, Desk References, and Training Materials.
5th Priority - 5%
Develop, assemble, and participate in warranty training webinars for current warranty topics.
Education/Certification
- A BS Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Overall Experience
- A basic knowledge of automotive systems, component operation and repair is highly desired
- Dealership warranty operations knowledge including claim processing
- New program launch, system implementation and data analysis
Directly Related Experience
- Two years of warranty/service department-based support in an automotive manufacturer/distributor environment.
- Hotline/ Call Center/ Web based support experience
- System implementation/support and data analytics
Other Requirements:
- Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationally.
- May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills
Warranty and CRM systems software knowledge (WebDCS, AS400, Siebel, KGIS, EPC, WIN) MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Sharepoint is a plus Experience using analytical tools (SAS, Tableau, Minitab, MicroStrategy) Experience using publication software (Adobe products) preferred High level organizational, planning and analytical skills Excellent communication skills required (written and oral) Critical thinking and problem-solving acumenCompetencies

Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
