We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist professional to fill this role. The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for utilizing intermediate to advanced email marketing skills to strategize, build, execute, and analyze emails. Email marketing programs are designed to support Seabourn’s sales and marketing to drive cruise bookings and revenue. Additionally, this role ensures brand visual quality and content accuracy, leveraging existing MarTech stack to deliver personalized, targeted, and innovative communications. This role will stay informed of all electronic marketing best practices and the wider Seabourn campaign strategy and brand guidelines and will provide occasional support for sales collateral in support of the stakeholders within the Marketing/Sales and Guest Services Divisions.

Responsibilities
- Employs and ensures electronic best practices and applies a high-level of creativity in the design and production of e-communications, specifically HTML emails, e-newsletters and other communications as needed.
- Works with Pricing and Demand managers to gather input needed to produce email communications to consumers and occasionally trade.
- Manages day-to-day program maintenance of established automated email programs.
- Demonstrates an understanding of database marketing/CRM; ability to interpret metrics, audience segments and selects.
- Coordinates with marketing teams for scheduling, prioritization, and trafficking of proofs to internal clients; then completes revisions and finalizes execution of assigned projects on deadline and on strategy.
- Prepares all email assets (graphics and written content) according to brand style and legal guidelines, and proofs for quality assurance.
- Collaborates on strategic initiatives, presenting solutions and innovative ideas in the ongoing development of e-marketing programs. Including contributing to brand content and contact strategy effort
- Upon receiving approvals, complete the email set-up process within the internal CRM and ESP platforms. Tests and deploys email.
- Monitor the marketplace to keep ahead on best practices and strategies of our competitors and other leading marketers.
- Maintains files and status on project schedules. Additional duties as assigned by Senior Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of related work experience in fast-paced agency or in-house direct marketing group
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver or Sublime Text like editor, Photoshop, plus experience in Microsoft Excel
- Minimum 1 year experience working with an email marketing platform (Responsys, Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Understanding of email marketing best practices
- Experience in developing and implementing automated email campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time under short deadlines
- Excellent teamwork, communication and time-management skills
- Experience with luxury and premium products; travel brands experience a plus (preferred but not required)

- Base Salary Range: $59,200.00 to $79,900.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
