What to Expect
Schedule: Nights 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM (e/o W/E) -13% shift differential Mon-Fri and 21% shift differential Sat/Sun
Training: Days 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (6 weeks paid)

As a Med Lab Scientist, you’ll get to:
- Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match.
- Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.
- Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested in your career and success.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological, medical technology or clinical laboratory science required.
- Certification as a Medical Technologist/MLS/BB from an accredited agency or CLIA equivalent for high complexity testing required.
- Minimum two years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
