Description

For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers have been a leading national health care service provider of outpatient treatment centers that specialize in providing safe, quality and best in class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder ("OUD").

Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their journey to recovery.

Job Summary:


Oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned clinic. Works in a collaborative effort with multidisciplinary[1] [2] treatment team consisting of Medical Director, Program Manager, Counselors, and Nurses to identify and meet the clinical needs of the patients and to assist in their overall well-being. Provides clinical supervision to clinical staff, audits patient records, and trains counselors, when necessary.


Essential Functions:


_ Ensures compliance with all Local, State, Federal and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, and regulations and to do so within the allocated budget for the clinic

_ Keeps Colonial Management Group, LP informed, through the Program Director or Regional Director, of any significant treatment events which occur in their respective area and make prudent recommendations to address the same.

_ Ensures that all patients and staff at assigned clinic have completed all intake, admission, discharge and aftercare paperwork.

_ Develops patient group session schedule for counseling staff to further strengthen the patient's bond with the clinic.

_ Assists with clinical aspects of the quarterly quality assurance program reviews.

_ Designated back-up for Program Director in his/her absence.

Ensures patient progress is accurately documented by staff in all patient charts. Provide reports as requested.

_ Ensures completion of all monthly report requirements.

_ Collaborates with the Program Director, Pharmacist, and Nursing Services Coordinator to oversee pharmacy operations.

_ Ensures 10% of charts are audited monthly with some representation of active and discharged patients.

_ Oversees and supervises clinical work of clinical staff as required.

_ Provides administrative supervision inclusive of performance reviews, disciplinary actions, hiring/separation authority and time and attendance for assigned clinic.

_ Reviews, signs and dates all appropriate documentation required.

_ Reports patient abuse, neglect and exploitation as required.

_ Assists in monitoring all patient activities on clinic premises.

_ Actively participates in community relations activities as directed and authorized.

_ Ensures the reading and understanding of the Policy and Procedures Manual.

_ Ensures compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 (Federal Confidentiality Regulations) and 45 CFR, Parts 160 & 164 (HIPAA).

_ Assists with the clinical aspects in achieving and maintaining three-year accreditation status through recognized accrediting bodies.

_ Responsible for obtaining or maintaining proper licensure and/or certification according to specific state requirements for assigned clinic.

_ Actively participates in preparation for surveys and inspections conducted by CARF, the State, and any other agency site visits as dictated by the state laws or regulations.

_ Participates in all staff meetings and conducts Treatment Team Meetings.

_ Always acts in the best interests of the program and company; honors, supports, and protects the proprietary data and rights of the company.

_ Performs other tasks as assigned.


Essential Qualifications:


Education/Licensure/Certification:
Master's Degree in related field and licensure (LCSW, LMHC or LMFT) In Texas Only, can include LPC license as well.


Required Knowledge:
Knowledge of Methadone, general clinical supervision and counseling practices, Federal Confidentiality Law, HIPAA & ethics. Must be computer literate and have basic knowledge of all Microsoft products.


Experience Required:
Minimum of two (2) years of direct management experience.
