Essential Job Functions: 1. Works in conjunction with undergraduate academic advisors regarding credit transfers and test scores.
2. Reviews transcripts upon request for pre-enrollment evaluations such as anticipated award of credits, applicant, pre-evaluations, and athletic unofficial evaluations.
3. Facilitates the evaluation of Study Abroad coursework.
4. Processes various forms and requests including Credit Award Adjustment Form (CAAF) and Graduate Transfer Credits.
5. Collects, compiles, and evaluates transfer credits for admissions, graduation, or related programs.
6. Completes data entry for incoming test scores and examination credits for new incoming undergraduate students.
7. Inputs grades, scores, or other data into organizational systems and verifies accuracy.
8. Distributes transfer equivalency data to advisors and students.
9. Prepares reports and/or statistical analysis for quality assurance purposes.
10. Reviews system queues and reports regularly to complete
assigned evaluations correctly and in a timely manner.
11. Processes evaluations and equivalency proposals through the appropriate workflow for final review and approval.
12. Facilitates communication between students and the corresponding academic area regarding applying for credit for Prior Learning\Experiences.
13. Utilizes assigned systems such as the Transfer Credit System database and the Banner Transfer Articulation Modules and Recruiter.
14. Reviews and responds to incoming emails via TES Inbox in a timely manner.
15. Completes other projects as assigned.
16. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Knowledge:
1. Clerical – Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
2. Customer and Personal Service – Basic knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of user satisfaction.
3. English Language – Basic knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
4. Computers and Electronics – Basic knowledge of electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software.
5. General knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel).

Physical Requirements and Working Environment:
1. Speech recognition - must be able to identify and understand the speech of another person.

4. Travel - must be able to travel on a daily and/or overnight basis.
5. May be required to work nights or weekends.

Required Education: Associate’s degree or 60 completed college credits
Major (if required):
Required Experience: Associate’s degree or 60 completed college credits and minimum one (1) year of relevant higher education related experience,

Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Banner, Recruit, and Image Director.
