Digital & Promotions Coordinator

Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

• On-site Content Creation: Creating and curating engaging content (text, images, and videos) for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, & LinkedIn. Will require some travel to restaurant locations as needed.
• Maintain content calendar and scheduling (Canva, Capcut, Later).
• Social Media Management: Monitor and manage daily social media activity, including responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Set up timelines and action steps for promotions and events.
• Assist with updates and revisions of all collateral materials including menus.
• Track analytics and develop reports to access results based on KPIs.
• Manage third party reputation platforms (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc).
• Handle any administrative details associated with the marketing position.

Qualification and Skills:

Must love social media and have experience in photography and social media platforms. Must be a creative thinker and have excellent writing skills. Have a good creative eye and a strong attention to detail. Good understanding of digital marketing and be able to stay up to date with current practices. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Must have an outgoing personality. Well organized, self motivated, deadline driven with good multitasking abilities.

Preferred: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related field or must have well documented social media experience
