- (247044) Responsible for coordinating labor, food production and other resources to assure that meals are satisfactorily prepared within an environment that assures food safety and maximizes the potential to meet patient and customer needs. Philadelphia Food Safety Certification required within 60 days after date of hire with valid receipt of payment in the interim.Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Associates Degree (Preferred)
Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
1 Year experience working in Lead or Supervisory role in a large healthcare or hospitality operation. (Required)
3 Years experience as a supervisor in the healthcare/hospitality industry. (Preferred)
License/Certifications
SERVSAFE - ServSafe Certification (Required)
PFSC - Phila Food Safety Cert (Required)
