General Statement of Job:
The Secured Space Operator will serve as support for various escalations such as, but not limited to: access requests, alarm response, incident management, etc. This role is an on-site role that operates 24/7. You will interface with different teams throughout the department and client using several different methods of communication. Numerous security software will be utilized to help you properly perform your duties.

General Statement of Job:
The Secured Space Operator will serve as support for various escalations such as, but not limited to: access requests, alarm response, incident management, etc. This role is an on-site role that operates 24/7. You will interface with different teams throughout the department and client using several different methods of communication. Numerous security software will be utilized to help you properly perform your duties.
Essential Job Functions:
- Utilizing communication channels to communicate with various teams.
- Documenting all information and sharing with appropriate stakeholders.
- Monitoring CCTV systems for the specific location of ongoing incidents.
- Coordinate local Law Enforcement responses to any incident as necessary.
- Provisioning badge access and alarm response.
- Provide after-hour escorts.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- CPR/AED certification.
- Unarmed State Guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client-requested certification; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted.
- Associate’s degree or two plus years of work experience in the military, law enforcement, government, or corporate security.
- General knowledge of security systems including alarm monitoring, electronic access control, and CCTV.
- Lenel is a plus.
- Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service.
- Must be able to multitask and have the ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
