We have an excellent opportunity for a Plant Maintenance Millwright Night Shift Foreman in Portland, Oregon!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Coordinate activities of Team Members engaged in Aggregate, Ready Mix and Asphalt Plant Maintenance

  • Review requests for repair and complaints, prioritize work schedule, recommend solutions and facilitate repairs

  • Schedule and assign work, coordinate efforts, provide technical guidance, and review progress of assignments and complete required paperwork when necessary

  • Communicate with Day Shift Supervisor daily

  • Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed

  • Must support our safety program at all times.

  • Other duties assigned as needed


  • Monday – Friday Night Shift
    Ability to work flexible shifts which includes weekends, overtime and some travel.

    Compensation:
    The wage range for this position is $36.53-$46.08/hr (Wage includes $3.00 night shift differential)
    Minimum Qualifications:
  • Previous Plant Maintenance Millwright Experience, prefer 2+ years in a leadership role

  • Supervisory skills, need good verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be very reliable, have a good safety mindset, able to work well under pressure, and have the ability to organize and prioritize work

  • Need a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others

  • Must be a good teacher/mentor

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen

  • Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customers
