We have an excellent opportunity for a Plant Maintenance Millwright Night Shift Foreman in Portland, Oregon!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate activities of Team Members engaged in Aggregate, Ready Mix and Asphalt Plant Maintenance
Review requests for repair and complaints, prioritize work schedule, recommend solutions and facilitate repairs
Schedule and assign work, coordinate efforts, provide technical guidance, and review progress of assignments and complete required paperwork when necessary
Communicate with Day Shift Supervisor daily
Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed
Must support our safety program at all times.
Other duties assigned as needed
Monday – Friday Night Shift
Ability to work flexible shifts which includes weekends, overtime and some travel.
Compensation:
The wage range for this position is $36.53-$46.08/hr (Wage includes $3.00 night shift differential)
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous Plant Maintenance Millwright Experience, prefer 2+ years in a leadership role
Supervisory skills, need good verbal and written communication skills
Must be very reliable, have a good safety mindset, able to work well under pressure, and have the ability to organize and prioritize work
Need a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
Must be a good teacher/mentor
Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen
Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customers
