ExpressPoint has a full-time opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Master Scheduler in our East El Paso facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the production schedule to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory control, supply chain management, and production planning processes. The Master Scheduler will collaborate closely with various departments to optimize workflow and maintain high standards of quality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead by analyzing and identifying risks and gaps and drive solutions associated with master production.
- Accountable for key performance metrics for scheduling and attainment.
- Participates in the profitability by monitoring core balance and the release of purchased cores.
- Partners with Planner to ensure that material requirements for production are satisfied prior to scheduling production.
- Utilize analytics and (SCOR) model to deliver continuous improvements and inventory asset management.
- Monitors inventory and makes requests to move cores as needed to meet production requirements.
- Works in cohesion with Demand Planning Analyst to create rough cut capacity planning.
- Ensure timely, tactful, and respectful communication with all internal and external customers.
- Follow all policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, materials management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 3+ years inventory management/planning experience
- Experience with MRP systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word skills
