NVR is looking for motivated individuals to join our Fayetteville, NC Manufacturing Plant. If you are reliable with a record of strong attendance, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude, you will be a great fit for our team! In this role, you will be responsible for direct labor production tasks related to building new homes in our warehouse style manufacturing facilities. Our roles require a high focus on flexibility, quality, safety, and productivity. All training is provided, no experience is necessary!
As a Processor, you are responsible for printing, sorting and delivering production paperwork, creating and maintaining saw files, generating weekly reports, modifying paperwork for material transitions, schedule changes and change requests, ordering and wrapping architectural prints daily, as well as problem solving and seeking process improvementsPosition Details
- Hiring immediately
- 1st Shift work hours are 5:30am - 2:00pm (M-F)
- Pay rate for this position starts at $23.90, and increases based on experience
Qualifications
- Demonstrated background in computer programs for data entry or manipulation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Legible handwriting
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Ability to problem solve and identify process improvements
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Motivated and self-driven
- Strong communication skills
