Job Title: Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing X-ray procedures to assist in diagnosing and treating patients. This individual must have a strong understanding of radiology equipment and techniques, as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare patients for X-ray procedures and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the process
• Operate X-ray equipment to capture images of patients' internal structures
• Follow physicians' orders and ensure accurate positioning of patients to obtain high-quality images
• Maintain patient records and ensure that all images are properly labeled and stored
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information
• Adhere to all safety and radiation protection protocols to minimize risk to patients and staff

Qualifications and Skills:

• Associate's degree in radiologic technology or a related field
• ARRT certification in radiography
• State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
• Strong knowledge of radiology equipment and imaging techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
