About the Position

If you’re looking to be a key member of a dynamic team, this position is for you. Our ideal candidate will be a professional with a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in a comparable role, a minimum of a 4-year degree in a financial discipline, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and strong communication skills. A strong customer service orientation for both internal and external clients is a must for the position, and it helps if you bring along a “Jack or Jill of All Trades” mentality, and a sense of humor.

The following are areas where we’d like to see you bring functional experience:

  • Working with spreadsheets tracking monthly revenues and costs.
  • Responsible for budgeting and budget management.
  • Accurately and timely maintaining financial records consistently with the practices and procedures used by the Agency and partnering with our Tax Accountants to manage all taxes imposed.
  • Manages and integrates the Agency timekeeping system for invoicing purposes.
  • Preparing comprehensive financial reporting.
  • Oversight of A/R (Weekly and Monthly Invoicing, receiving and application of payments).
  • Oversight of A/P (Weekly and Monthly Bills, matching Payables to internal Reporting system, entering, preparing disbursements).
  • Reconciling transactions downloaded from the banking institutions with internal Bank Account Tracking.
  • Managing forecasting and ad hoc reporting on behalf of the partnership.
  • Management of payroll, tracking and entering PTO, bonuses, and multiple Benefits, such as Health, Dental, etc. paid by both Employees and the Agency.
  • Evaluates, selects and administers all employee benefit and insurance programs including but not limited to 401k, health insurance, dental and vision insurance as well as business insurance policies including but not limited to professional liability, workers’ compensation, auto and cyber insurance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable.
  • 7+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
  • Experience in our industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
  • PC proficiency is essential (Windows environment) and strong working knowledge of sophisticated ERPs and Excel is preferred.
