Re-Entry Coach

HOURS: Part Time, 20-25 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday

SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Re-Entry Coach works with justice involved individuals as they transition from incarceration back into the community. The Re-Entry Coach will primarily work with individuals helping them to overcome barriers and identify resources to assist them as they transition. Will complete reports and documentation as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree, plus one year experience working in human service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience (associates with more experience, or pursuing with experience). Candidates would benefit from having related work experience working with justice involved individuals, trauma informed care and adult case management. Must be able to complete orientation training according to agency program standards, and pass required background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
