Overview And Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to join CBS Studios. This role will provide full administrative support to the EVP/Head of Production, Director of Production, and Production Manager. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will work with other show production executives as needed.

The Studio’s expansive portfolio spans a diverse slate of commercially successful and critically acclaimed scripted programming, genre-defining franchises including the ever-growing “Star Trek” universe, award-winning late night and daytime talk shows, and an extensive library of iconic intellectual property.
Additional Information
Hiring Salary Range: $45,000.00 - 55,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to join CBS Studios. This role will provide full administrative support to the EVP/Head of Production, Director of Production, and Production Manager. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will work with other show production executives as needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage calendars for multiple execs.
- Work with productions, in tandem with execs, to onboard them to the CBS production manual and liaise with them for all production related needs.
- Continue to be aware of policy and production manual changes.
- Serve as internal Point of Contact & external liaison on a show-by-show basis as well as serve internal department needs.
- Source and set up writers’ room and assist the start of production offices.
- Locate and lease office and stage spaces for domestic and international series production.
- Maintain and share show folders for every project, on both Box and Scenechronize.
- Coordinate with production execs and department heads to make sure crew have resources and materials they need to work efficiently and effectively.
- Create, update, track and proactively maintain inward and outward-facing production resources and documents.
- Reach out for agency for head of department submissions, and track availabilities on Airtable.
- Create production calendars & production schedules for individual shows.
- Take sole charge of prep & assist with wrap; including uploading any docs handled before the show team starts to Scenechronize.
- Overseeing deliverables. Ensure all required documents are delivered to the Network at wrap.
- Assist with storage and liquidation of show assets at production wrap and ensure delivery requirements are met with the Network.
- 2+ years experience working as an assistant or coordinator in physical production at a network, studio, and/or production company.
- Proficient experience with Scenechronize, MS Word, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and tactfully with persons at all levels inside and outside of the company, in person, via email, on phone/text, etc.
- Experience utilizing Box, Assethub, and Airtable.
- Always represents the executive and the company in the highest regard and most professional manner.
- Ability to organize, schedule and plan effectively.
- Ability to follow-up on tasks and information with detailed accuracy and speed.
- Nimble, creative, problem-solver who can handle sensitive, timely, or complicated tasks without getting flustered.
- Curiosity about working and growing in physical production.
