Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, supplies, and communications.
• Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial records, invoices, and payroll.
• Leverage Office 365 to maintain organized digital documents, calendars, and communications.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff, ensuring clear communication and support.
• Track project timelines and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety and administrative protocols in collaboration with the field team.
• Support the leadership team with reporting, scheduling, and other administrative needs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Office 365 is required.
• Previous office management experience, preferably in the construction or residential industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Male candidates preferred, as per team dynamics (gender preference permitted by applicable law).
• Experience with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) methodologies.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
• Social media management or content creation experience is an advantage.
