Ticket Sales Executive

The Ticket Sales Executive is an integral part of the Ticketing Sales team. This person will be responsible for the sale and service of Season Ticket and Mini-Plan packages and overseeing the ticket office on a day-to-day basis with a primary focus on providing excellent customer service.

Essential Job Functions:

• Generate revenue through the selling of Season Ticket memberships & Mini-plans
• Handle and process ticket orders and payments through our ticketing system
• Maintain accurate documentation of all sales via CRM Database
• Act as a liaison for existing Season Ticket and Mini-plan holders
• Provide customer service for any ticket related inquiries or questions
• Assist with day-to-day activities in the Ticket Office and Sales Department
• Perform a variety of duties during games, including assisting in the ticket office, assisting with guest services, and helping to ensure fans have an enjoyable experience
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with customer service and sales

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and normal hours of work & days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Due to the nature of this position, the position requires hours of work and days that include frequent nights, weekends and holidays. This includes attendance at all home baseball games.
