Compensation: Towne Park offers competitive compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and location. The hourly base is $14.
Work Schedule: This position is part-time.

SUMMARY
The Guest Service Captain ensures a positive service experience for hotel guests, coordinating with coworkers to meet service standards. Under the Account Manager, the Captain manages coordination and administration tasks and addresses critical issues when the manager is unavailable.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests, ensuring prompt greetings. - 20%
- Handle guest check-ins, explain parking procedures, and manage vehicle parking and retrieval accurately and safely. - 20%
- Exhibit proper phone etiquette, manage room presentations, assist with guest inquiries, and maintain knowledge of the facility and area. - 10%
- Promote teamwork, lead by example, and manage staff roles under the direction of the Account Manager. - 15%
- Manage guest vehicle claims and secure keys appropriately. - 15%
- Maintain safety standards, protect guest privacy, and manage financial information. - 10%
- Support the Account Manager with scheduling, revenue collection, and shift paperwork. - 10%
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Required Licensure: At least 18 years old, able to pass background checks, and complete safety training.
- Work Experience: Six months of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Knowledge: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Skills: Ability to drive manual transmission, speak and write in English, perform basic math, and understand time systems.
SCOPE
Authority to Act: Routine tasks with specific directions and frequent supervision. Errors could affect department operations.
Budget Responsibility: Control over available resources only.
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Physical Requirements: Regular talking and hearing, sitting or standing for long periods, running or walking, and visual tasks required.
Lifting Requirements: Up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly.
Working Environment: Mostly outdoor work with exposure to extreme weather conditions.
Travel: Up to 5% may be required.
