Join Our Talent Acquisition Team
We're seeking a skilled high-volume recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team, based in our Union, NJ office.
As a high-volume recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in achieving our staffing goals for non-exempt positions across multiple business lines. Your expertise will be instrumental in evaluating our current sourcing and attraction strategies, optimizing hiring processes, and collaborating with business leaders to ensure the successful staffing of our monitoring and customer service teams.
About The Team
Our Talent Acquisition team collaborates with stakeholders across various lines of business. We're committed to establishing consistent, scalable practices, providing a fair and transparent candidate experience, fostering strong business partnerships, and sharpening our business acumen.
You'll report to the Director of Talent Acquisition, and work alongside a talented team of four TA professionals with diverse backgrounds and experiences. During onboarding, you may be required to be in the office up to five days a week, transitioning to a 4/1 schedule once fully integrated.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing and attraction strategies to fulfill staffing needs for high-volume, non-exempt roles across various business lines.
- Collaborate with monitoring center and customer service teams to continuously enhance hiring practices.
- Conduct full cycle recruiting activities for monitoring center and customer service positions.
- Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition team initiatives, such as candidate experience, system/operational improvements, onboarding, and employer branding.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of two years of experience recruiting for high-volume, non-exempt roles in a centralized environment, such as a call center, warehouse, event staffing or similar setting.
- Sourcing and Attraction Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build and implement effective sourcing and awareness programs, including campus recruitment, online job fairs, and other innovative strategies.
- Agency or Corporate Recruiting Background: Experience in agency or corporate recruiting environments.
- Passion for Talent Acquisition: Interest in exploring other functional areas of Talent Acquisition, such as Employer Branding, Sourcing, Recruiting Operations/Systems, Diversity & Inclusion, Data, Onboarding, or other.
