Job Description

Summary: This position is accountable for the supervision, coordination and organization of lead staffing coordinators. Managing activities within the assigned departments in order to achieve maximum expense control, collective bargaining agreement compliance and productivity. Supervision will include decisions regarding hiring and terminations, as well as disciplining and evaluating employee performance in collaboration with Human Resources. Position is also responsible for planning and implementing new processes, integrating technology into scheduling, pulling and reviewing data on staffing, as well as establishing quality standards and goals for staffing operations.

Education And Credentials

Associate's degree in Healthcare management, business, or sciences required. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare management, business, or sciences preferred.

Experience

1 year of scheduling experience required. 1 year of management/supervision experience preferred. 6 months of experience with scheduling software (INFOR/Kronos) required. 6 months of experience in Microsoft Office preferred.
