Class A Drivers run Southeast and Mid-Atlantic routes with home time weekly, involving non-touch dry van freight.
Route Details
- Drivers primarily run TX through the Southeast, FL, the Midwest up to VA and MD. No northeast, and home weekly.
Pay and Benefits
- Drivers average 2100-2700 miles per week with weekly pay of $1140-$1500+, depending on driving performance. Base pay is $0.53 with a bonus of $0.03-$0.09 per mile based on mileage. Drivers averaging 2600 miles per week earn $0.09 per mile.
- Benefits include healthcare, PTO, 401K with matching, and life insurance, starting after 60 days.
Home Time
- Drivers are home weekly for a minimum of 34 hours, with no guarantee of weekends.
Freight Details
- All freight is non-touch dry van, mostly pre-loaded, with equal parts live unload and drop and hook.
This role has one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry, offering fairness and ample miles.
Requirements:
Must have one full year of Class A driving experience in the last three years, OTR or regional only.
- No DOT Recordable Preventable accidents in the last five years.
- May not have more than two Non-DOT recordable accidents in the last three years.
- No more than two moving violations in the last three years.
- Can never have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test.
- No more than two driving jobs in the last 12 months, and no more than four in the last three years.
