POSITION SUMMARY:

Courtesy Clerks help put purchased groceries into bags for customers. Some customers may need assistance to their vehicle, and you will provide the best customer service without receiving a tip. Baggers must be quick and careful, ensuring bags are packed to maximize space without overloading or damaging items. Baggers will also be responsible for bringing in carts when the cart flow is low. You must come prepared to work regardless of weather conditions.

May perform other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized with a keen sense of detail.
• Great listening and communication skills.
• Can handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting while handling product or using various equipment.
• Ability to shine in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available weekends and Holidays.
• Store Hours of operation: 7am - 10pm (7 days a week).
• Must be 16 years and older for this position.

Physical demands:

• Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
• The work environment is typical of a retail store. The noise level ranges from quiet to loud.
• Minimal sitting is required.
