What you’ll achieve

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring an outstanding customer experience with existing and potential customers.

You will:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within a territory of enterprise accounts
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting
  • Present and demonstrate our range of Client and End User Solutions and IT services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the assigned customer/prospect base
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the extended sales team, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company
  • Demonstrate an ability to create business value and deliver financial justifications that further account growth
  • Stay up to date with PC industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings
  • Possess technical aptitude and a technical product understanding to ensure credibility with executives and technical evaluators
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to positively impact revenue through direct sales and channel partnerships
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on PCs and IT services
  • Proven track record of successfully selling to large enterprises and achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and the challenges faced by large organizations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $211,650 – 273,900, which includes base salary and commissions (60/40 split).
